So basically it comes down to this - glitter companies are precision cutting companies.
Glitter likely used in many military applications, ranges from: rocket fuel, jet break pads, anti-radar chaff and possibly anti-radar paints.
Finding information on the antiradar chaff concept is odd, it is randomly mentioned in articles.

This article mentions many possible military uses: fighter jets -> chaff and breaks, rocket fuel, and possible space uses related to mylar substitutions.
In the video below a business writer claims he was told it was used for that by the glitter inventors son - who seems to no longer be part of the glitter company.
The guy that invented glitter made washers for the manhattan project - unironically - or so claimed by the son of the glitter empire Henry Ruschmann Jr.
In this video there is also an odd confrontation over him driving around the old glitter factory by the current owners.

In the end this conspiracy popped up in 2018 due to a glitter shortage. It is interesting, a possible web of the military industrial complex accidentally exposed due to a simple shortage affecting craft and stripping.

Pretty sure I saw one of them place a microphone, he grabbed a makeup bag from the woman that was directing him, then set it next to me asking if it was fine to leave it there, he then went to the other side of the bar, and put on headphones, he was bobbing his head like he was listening to music but as I talked at the bag he would respond with looks and confusion, then when I said "I think theres a microphone in this bag" he looked shocked and angry like I did something wrong by noticing. It was a shorter guy with a shaved head and a generic jersey attitude directed by a large Philippine or black woman.
I said to myself: "is this all an investigation for this guy" looking to my right. I had thought maybe it was for him, he seemed to be the only sincere person there and annoyingly political(MAGA tard - had a flag on his truck). They looked panicked. They quickly rushed out the guy I was talking about. That guy I didn't recognize; but I figured - I might recognize a lot of these people but why would they be after me.
Then after that happened, it felt like they were threatening me when it came time to pay my bill.
They stalled the payment, and she was sorta looking around at other people there, I said audibly that I'm sure I saw nothing was really going on, then she said "yep just finishing up your bill" and I paid and left.
The experience excited me. So I went back two or three times.
When I went back there, the people looking at me like I wasn't supposed to be there, shocked I would even show up. After the first experience for some reason they wouldn't make me pay for most things, and my bill would come up to like 10 $.
Other Experiences:
There I experienced odd network connectivity issues that to me seemed like a shitty pineapple device or something. They also had USB bays under the bar, no electric out let plugins - but only USB plugins - like they were tempting people to plug their phones in - possibly phone dumping devices.
I saw a few people there I recognized from my past, but they were all going by different names and far from where they were when I first met them.
Someone I saw there was sitting with another person, I didn't recognize who the person they were with was but they acted like a stereotypical hyena. The other person was someone I had spent a lot of time with in person - I had been fucked by them in fact. I thought it was them at least. They were like dressed up, talking with a different inflection and styled differently.
They couldn't quite recognize me as I had looked vastly different from when they knew me. But they started talking to the person they were with about me. Telling them all sorta terrible things about me, and mocking me for avoiding eye contact with them.
Then they change their voice to speak in the inflection I remember them by mocking me saying "they are just schizophrenic no one will ever believe a schizo incel."
For a bit after that, I was spoken to by random people that felt like they were threatening me.
I swear to god, a black GMC was parked at every location I went to for the next few weeks, they would take off as I pulled in ; felt like a warning like they were letting me know they know my habits.

I think theres some sorta religious organization, like golden dawn or something, that collects homeless people as eyes, ears and hands.
Based in what? entirely my own schizo experiences.
Could just be AA. AA creepy af if you look into their literature.
long time membership also works like a cult: you have to admit to believing in some higher power, then they assign you some one thats been in for a long time , to talk to about all your issues. In its nature it involves giving up blackmail material to the organization

One of the weirder studies detailed in the above book was a word guessing game involving high school students, where a word was kept in an envelope, the twist some psychologist added was using pornographic material to write the hidden words on, believing this might increase the chance of remote viewing
